Mr. Chen brings nearly a decade of experience as a senior engineer, consultant, and engineering manager with organizations such as IBM, Kyndryl, and LPL Financial. He has a deep passion for improving processes, helping organizations align technology initiatives with business objectives, and delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and outcomes. His leadership combines technical expertise with business insight, positioning SavvyTech to continue expanding its impact across the public sector.
